I finally mastered the allure of my red mistress...Butter Chicken ( or to my Hindi readers "Murgh Makhani")

It really was quite easy. I was super scared to even attempt such a dish because Indian food scares me. I was content with paying $11.50 for Butter Chicken and Batzmani over at Taj India, but I got the balls to actually try to do it. I promised myself that if I failed...I would quit, and just pay Ms. Kumari at Taj India....

...But it's just my luck that I won't be seeing her for a while. Or at least until I get a hankering for Saag Paneer.
