I'M OBSESSED WITH AMLA!!!
Basically it's Gooseberry, and the oils from the berry are very fortifying and strengthing. I personally love the smell for nostalgic purposes (childhood), but some find it to be a bit overpowering. It makes your hair super shiny!!!
CAUTION: IF YOU HAVE HENNA ON YOUR HANDS, USE GLOVES. THE OILS FROM THE AMLA WILL DISOLVE/FADE YOUR HENNA STAIN/TATTOO. (my fingers were a dark crimson and after handling the amla, the were reduced to a bright orange.)
