Huh life goes on forever whether you're here on Earth or in Heaven.
Let me tell you about my life this year. There were ups and downs and sometimes I was running around, and having fun in the sun. I've had sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much fun this year but I missed out on a lot of things that I always do yet I had a BLAST!!!!
Well you all know what today is right? It's "New Year's Eve". It's time for 2011 say good bye to GOTY 2010, Lanie and say hello to GOTY 2011, Kanani!! I might get her though I hope.

So I'm currently in London visiting friends and family and forgot my own computer, the one that reads my SD card and has my whole life on it, d'oh!
Having lots of fun and taking copious amounts of pictures that I will upload and let you casually browse through when I return home :)
Hitting the sales on Monday so we shall see what I return with (clothing) and what I lose (my dignity and probably all funds to maintain any sort of livelihood)
In the mean time I leave you with some candy for the ears and some love for your heart.

I do not think i will ever get over this picture of Dree Hemingway.
Not only does her body look A.M.A.Z.I.N.G but she has the executed the exact colour pallet I have been coveting for our impending summer (I say summer, I mean the four days of +20 degrees we will receive, resulting in the whole country running for BBQ's and flipflops)
Dree wore this Valentino number way back in May and smacked it, referencing bodycon, neon, nude, camel AND chiffon; should've been a car crash really but it worked like a dream.
fashion forward; eat your heart out!
I think the neon train gives the dress that je ne sais quoi... like a whimsical tail of sorts.
As for Myself, obviously I would don it for casual picnics in the park and what not.. don't think people wear nearly enough bridal inspired attire during every day life.

Hey Guys,
so my dad and my grandpa are letting me choose any doll I want and they're both paying for half each.
So I put up a poll about it and I have info and pics.
Well.... The two tied up type of dolls want are A My AG doll (please see image below)
Reasons why I want her: I don't have a AG doll with bangs or blue eyes and when I saw her she just really caught my eye. I can't 100% guarantee that i will get this MAG I may get Kanani,historical or another MAG
Reasons why I want her: I don't have a Madame Alexander girlz doll and I think they're REALLY pretty just like AG dolls and I don't have a 18" inch doll with dark skin.
Please vote on my poll I just want to know what you think. But what do you guys think? Should I choose one of these two lovely dolls or wait?

Most of you may know that in 2012 Julie (see picture below)
is getting her very own movie.
Now Julie has a friend named Joy (see picture below)
and Joy is deaf. Do you think that AG will make a doll for Joy?
I mean think about it, Felicity, Kit,Samantha,Molly they didn't have BFF's at first until they're movies came out. Sure Julie already has a BFF named Ivy (please see image below)

Hey, guys, I was gonna write with a more festive green but I thought it was too light.
I already opened my presents here in Canada and they were awesome!!!!! All that waiting really paid off.
Then again Christmas isn't about receiving gifts it more about giving.You all probably know this saying " It's better to give than to receive".
But sadly, today my mom has to work today and tomorrow.So we got up pretty early to open our gifts.
Yesterday Julie/Lilly's blog's competition winners were announced and...............
I won 2nd place!!!!!! The prize was a certificate and I personally LOVE it and honestly I think it's better than the student of the month certificates at my school. If you would like to see it's below.
Well that's it for now and Happy Holidays!!!!!

I hope you will all have a AWESOME Christmas eve I know I will though see,every year on Christmas eve me,my little brother and my dad all make sandwiches and then give them to homeless people and every year on Christmas eve my family and I all eat a delicious but we say a prayer first before we eat see, I'm catholic and after we all eat we sometimes watch a Christmas movie and then my little brother and I get to open 1 Christmas gift.
Well...... that's what I do on Christmas eve but what about you guys? I'd sure love to know.

My friend Elliot (of Example fame) came to Newcastle last week and after his gig we all went out.
They had to get on their tour bus at 2am but we were having so much fun that they decided to push it back until 3....this then resulted in an impromtu proposal from myself, that Elliot and his whole band crash at my pad and my friend Rachelle and I would drive them to Glasgow in the morning, where there gig was.
Now we all say things when we're drunk that seem like the best idea in the world but no one ever really expects them to come off, this one did.
Needless to say we didn't get to sleep until 8am and although I was up and ready (but probably still over the legal limit to be able to navigate a vehicle) the show was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.
Poached egg sandwiches ensued and I dropped them at the train station instead of Glasgow.
Note to self: Must not remove lucky rabbits foot from ones butt.

Ever since I was about 13, I've dreamed of my ideal life in my studio apartment in the LES. It would be petite and urban with exposed pipes and bricks. It would be on a floor with amazingly talented and cool artists who had gallery showings at local spots and made incense and designed cool tee shirts. Every night me and my awesomely cool friends would venture out on a safari through the city; looking for cool hangouts, vegan sushi, and parisian bistros with fair-trade ugandan brews.
Lately, I've noticed the spike of plasiticity in the city that I once lusted for. The cool bistros and bars have been replaced with Starbucks, Bloomingdales and Chipotles.My Favourite New Yorker, Vashtie, Lemented on this decline and said
"It wasn’t always this way and unfortunately enough – this is NOT the NEW YORK I (and many others) dreamed of. The New York where starving artists would flock, sell one painting and live happily for a month or so. Working a part-time, living in a rough part of Manhattan and spending the rest of your time partying and working on your craft."
This dream of New York...or illusion of New York has revealed itself to be nothing more than a mirage of my youthful dillusions. The lofty, easy going, cool, urban, artsy, free mirage has proved itself to be temporary for the dwindling of cool has ushered in a new sense of contrived mimicing. New York has done an about face. It's almost like NYC is playing itself in a production of "Empire State" or some kitchy title...
In reality, Very Few live the lives of Samantha, Carrie, Charlote and Miranda...and maybe even the life that I dreamed of is unattainable.

These pajama's look like Jess's pajamas.
I like this chair set,original but since Jess lives in Hawaii shouldn't it be a straw or stick chair?

I have the biggest girl crush on Kemp Muhl. Not only is she an exquisite model/musician she is also one half of the achingly cool couple that is herself and John Lennons son, Sean.
She has a devil may care attitude that makes her intriguing, a sick name and shares my affinity for head dresses so wins all round!
Also love how she sometimes looks like a slutty 90's throw back who got dressed in the dark.

WE ARE PREGNANT! Sorry I haven't posted anything in a long time, but I couldn't share my biggest news yet and everything else paled in comparison to write about. But now that the majority of friends and family know, we can share it online. I will be 12 weeks on Wednesday (the ultrasound picture was taken at 10 weeks). We are due on July 6th, but I have a feeling this kid will be late - all of my siblings, including me, were late. Plus, the doctor said the measurements from the ultrasound would put the due date on July 8th, but we are leaving it at July 6th for now.
So far I have not had any problems or issues. I had a little bit of nausea just a couple of nights but I ate some crackers and soup and felt better. I also have not gained any weight yet which my doctor was happy with. In fact, I was still doing bootcamp up to my 7th week! I haven't done anything since then though :(. I did look for a prenatal yoga class in my area but haven't had any luck so far. I may just have to go to one in Houston if I want to do it :(. I will keep everybody updated much better on the blog from here on out, I promise!
